Enrollment Information

We’re thrilled you’re interested in a foundational Montessori education for your child! Since our founding, Everbloom Montessori has utilized a tiered tuition model to make high-quality Montessori education accessible to families across socioeconomic levels. To further this mission, we are expanding from three tiers to five tiers, creating a more nuanced and equitable structure.

Our enrollment period for fall 2025 will open on February 6th and remain open on a rolling basis.

We are pleased to accept payment through the MI Bridges Childcare Assistance program,
if your family qualifies, your child’s tuition may be completely free!

The below totals are based on consistent 5-day schedules for a 9-month school year and includes breakfast, lunch and a snack for our Young Toddler through Children’s House classrooms. Variations within individualized extended care schedules will be calculated on a per-family basis and billed accordingly, including any sibling discounts that may apply. Returning Families receive priority placement through February 17th. New families are required to submit a $100 application fee per child at the time of submission, while Returning Families and those in the 2024-25 Waiting Pool qualify for a reduced application fee of $50. Once admission is confirmed, families must submit their Annual Membership Dues by Tier to secure their child’s enrollment. The first tuition payment for all families is due no later than August 1, 2025.

Enrollment Priority: We take many factors into consideration during the admissions process, including socio-economic and racial diversity, proximity to our program facility, age, previous enrollment, enrolled siblings, prior Montessori experience and available openings by tier, among others.  While we aim to honor applications in the order they are received, we reserve the right to admit families in alignment with the mission and objectives of our learning community.

MDHHS Childcare Scholarship: Find out if you are eligible for childcare assistance by using this Eligibility Calculator. Learn more about these and other benefits available by visiting Michigan.gov/childcare and reviewing the Child Development and Care Handbook.  If your family qualifies for these resources, contact office@everbloommontessori.com for more information and to waive your enrollment application fee.

Tuition for classrooms from Young Toddlers to Children’s House will now include a daily breakfast, lunch and snack. We are thrilled to be partnering with the YMCA to provide healthy, diverse meal options, including gluten free, vegetarian and vegan choices. See sample menu here.

We’re moving!

A move to 1575 Jefferson Ave for Fall 2025 represents an incredible opportunity to create a thoughtfully designed early childhood education center that will bring all of our programming under one roof, and grow our capacity by more than 50%, creating opportunities for more families to find the high-quality, early childhood education they deserve.

The new campus is just 3.5 miles (less than 10 minutes) from our current facilities, 1 mile from the Hall Street ramp to US-131, and under 2.5 miles from downtown Grand Rapids. It is also one block from The Rapid’s Silver Line stop at Cottage Grove and features dedicated bike lanes running north and south along Jefferson, providing a safer commute for those who prefer to cycle.
